Studio Rental
Rent our ~644 sq. ft. professional studio for your photography needs. Minimum rental duration is 2 hours. Includes on-site staff support, Wi-Fi, dressing room, and client lounge.

Booking Information
- Reservations: Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Contact us at lighthousestudiosjc@gmail.com or (423) 951-9611.
- Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time forfeit the deposit.
- Additional Fees: There is a half hour grace for your session. Overtime beyond reserved hours and the extra half hour is charged by the half hour at $37.50. Damage to equipment or props will incur replacement costs.
